Are your products exclusive?
Yes! All designs are created or curated exclusively for Santa Your Way Shop. You won’t find them anywhere else.
How do I upload my custom design?
For customizable items, simply click Upload File button on the product page and upload your image and send it to us. Make sure it’s high resolution for the best print quality. We recommend PNG, JPEG, or PDF files with at least 300 DPI for a crisp, clean print.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Klarna, and Afterpay.

How long does shipping take?

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
We’ve got you! If your product arrives incorrect, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns for sizing or preference. However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll make it right.
