We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. It is very important that you are on time, dressed and ready for your appointment so that we can ensure that you receive the best Holiday Experience with us. If you arrive late you will no longer have the opportunity to receive your full mini shoot and if we are completely booked there is a possibility that you may not be seen depending on how late you arrive. There will be absolutely no refunds on your appointment fees if you miss your appointment.
