Products & Print-on-Demand Services:
We offer customized products printed on demand. By submitting your design, you grant us permission to produce the item. We do not accept designs that include violent, drug-related, sexually explicit, or nude content. All custom products are for personal or promotional use as indicated.
Personalized Video Services:
Our personalized videos are created based on your instructions. Videos are intended for personal use or business promotional purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the content as your own beyond the agreed use.
Orders & Payments:
All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be completed before production begins. Custom products may not be canceled once printing has started.
Intellectual Property:
You retain ownership of your submitted content, but you grant Santa Your Way Shop a limited license to produce and display your design for order fulfillment. All other website content is © Santa Your Way Shop and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability:
Santa Your Way Shop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
