We currently offer local US shipping only. All orders are shipped directly within the United States using trusted delivery partners. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.


Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your item so we can assist you. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Because these products are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund the item.
